Eating Healthy Is The Way To Go
Best way to eat healthy is to intake the least amount of calories possible and being physically active is an asset as well. You want to atleast be physically active for 30 minutes a day. For best results with eating healthy you should eat a variety of nutrient foods, intake a reasonable amount of fruits and vegetables, and also choose high protein/fiber foods. You really shouldn't eat any foods that don't have good amounts of nutrients in order to keep up with eating healthy. Eating all types of meats and poultry is a great way to also eat healthy and it's always good to add some fish during the week. If you're really worried about your weight it's a good idea to eat fat free foods, or you could always take the skin off your meat and poultry in order to cut down on the amount of saturated fats you intake. If you aren't really sure about how many calories eat item you eat contains there's always a calorie percentage on the side of the item.

ReplyDeleteI liked this blog, and agree with Dr. Hensch, but for someone like myself, I would like to gain some weight in a positive way, such as muscle gain. By eating less calories, I will not be able to gain weight with the physical activity that I do. I will probably loose weight.
