- Caffeine addiction- About 100mg of caffeine is in one scoop of NO-Xplode
- The amount of unique ingredients that are unheard of
- Some people get extreme bowel movements
- Enzymes being off the chart in the liver
- Most of NO-Xplodes claims are completely unproven
- Said to be a temporary product that works for three weeks until your body adapts to it
Due to some of these dangers and side effects NO-Xplode has suffered from law suits. However the supplement is still selling off the walls at most nutrition stores. There are many other supplements out there that are very similar to NO-Xplode, however some aren't as dangerous like the supplement SuperPump.

I always wonder what is in half of that junk. They have some colorful label with some really jacked up dude on the front, claiming this product is going to do this that and everything else in just 2 weeks.
ReplyDeleteThese supplements are NOT regulated by the FDA, and can contain virtually anything. There is typically no medical research to prove the claims made on the wrappers of these products, or the long term side effects.
I've also seen so many bodybuilding supplements that say they're going to make you build muscle and everything else, and doesn't even really say what is even in the product or how it works, just that it will make you look like the guy on the label.
Unfortunately there is a long line of these products, which are very expensive, and often times people who are new to weightlighting or bodybuilding can be taken advantage of by overzealous salesmen pushing these overpriced products onto them. I think self-education and self-awareness as a consumer is very important, especially when it comes to putting things into your body.
